By accessing or using the website located at flexly.fit (the "Site") or purchasing any product from Flexly ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site or purchase our products.
Flexly sells a digital 12-week home workout plan delivered as a downloadable PDF file (the "Product"). The Product includes a structured workout program, exercise guidance, nutrition guidelines, and progress tracking sheets. The Product is delivered electronically via a secure download link sent to the email address you provide at checkout. No physical goods are shipped.
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase on the Site. By completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing a secure, time-limited download link for the Product. Download links expire after 24 hours. It is your responsibility to download and save the PDF to your device before the link expires. If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact us at support@flexly.fit.
Due to the digital nature of the Product, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once the Product has been purchased and the download link has been delivered. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
All content included in the Product and on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, workout descriptions, and design, is the property of Flexly and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Flexly is not liable for any injuries, health complications, or adverse effects resulting from the use of the Product.
You are responsible for providing a valid and accurate email address at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery of the Product if the email address you provide is incorrect, inactive, or unable to receive messages. If you realize you entered an incorrect email address, contact us promptly at support@flexly.fit.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Flexly, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Product. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.
The Site and Product are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee any specific fitness results from using the Product.
